LEADER SHIP
If a common man can learn such leadership qualities, surely he can.
Leadership is a set of habits and skills that we possess. If you cultivate those habits well, you can surely become a leader too.
I mention a few skills here. Try to incorporate these skills into your life as much as possible.
Oratory:- A leader should impress his subordinates through his eloquence. He must know who to use such words with. We can know what kind of person a person is by his speaking skills. Develop your tone of voice and all your inflections. Read many books. The more you develop your knowledge, the better your speaking skills will improve.
Ability to handle challenges:- A person's qualities are judged by how he handles challenging situations i.e. difficult situations rather than how he handles good situations. You definitely need a great deal of reasoning skills to handle the challenges. If we want to change this predicament, we need to make decisions like these. What is right for this should be carefully analyzed and the decision should be made without harming anyone.
Ability to make decisions:- This can be considered as an important attribute because it is the decision that one takes that takes him to the next level. Make sure to weigh the pros and cons before making a decision. Only after that any decision should be taken. The decision you make should be excellent.
Time Management:- It is a well-known fact that time is essential. So if you want to have that leadership quality, you need to be good at time management. Must be a punctual finisher of all matters.
Body Language:- You have seen the body language of leaders. They always have a great attitude. Be aware of where to spot body language like this. Your personality should be revealed as soon as you look at your body language.
Good clothes:- Most people judge us by our clothes. So learn to dress well if you want to live like a leader. Yours will enhance your confidence. People will respect you by your clothes.
All the above are some of the habits or traits that a leader must have. Once you have this, you will have confidence in yourself. It will spontaneously bring out the leader in you. You don't need to present yourself as a leader, others will see you as a leader.
If you start to look good in the eyes of others, leadership qualities will find you, or the position of leader will come to you in some way. Even if you're not a leader, habits like these can help you see yourself better….
Improve your skills and change your habits and you can become a leader, not for others but for yourself….

ஒரு சாதாரண மனிதனால் இதுபோன்ற தலைமைப் பண்புகளை கற்று கொள்ள முடியுமா என்றால் ,நிச்சயமாக முடியும்.
தலைமைப் பண்பு என்பது ஒருவகையில் நம்மிடம் இருக்கும் சில பழக்கவழக்கங்கள் மற்றும் திறமைகளே.அந்த பழக்கவழக்கங்களை நீங்கள் நன்றாக வளர்த்து கொண்டால், நிச்சயமாக நீங்களும் ஒரு தலைவனாக மாறலாம்.
நான் ஒருசில திறமைகளை இங்கு குறிப்பிடுகிறேன்.முடிந்த மட்டும் இந்த திறமைகளை உங்கள் வாழ்வில் ஏற்படுத்திக்கொள்ள முற்படுங்கள்.
பேச்சாற்றல்:- ஒரு தலைவன் என்பவன் தனது பேச்சாற்றல் மூலம் தனக்குக் கீழே இருப்பவர்களை கவரவேண்டும்.எம் மாதிரியான வார்த்தைகளை யாரிடம் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்பதெல்லாம் நிச்சயம் அவன் அறிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.ஒருவனுடைய பேச்சாற்றல் மூலமே அவன் எப்படிப்பட்டவன் என்பதை நாம் அறிந்து கொள்ள முடியும்.உங்களுடைய பேச்சுத் தொனி, வார்த்தை ஏற்ற இறக்கங்கள் அனைத்தையும் சிறப்பாக வளர்த்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.புத்தகங்கள் பல படியுங்கள்.எந்த அளவுக்கு நீங்கள் உங்களுடைய அறிவை வளர்த்துக் கொள்கிறீர்களோ, அந்த அளவுக்கு உங்களுடைய பேச்சாற்றல் என்பது நன்கு மேம்படும்.
சவால்களை கையாளும் திறன்:- ஒருவன் நல்ல சூழல்களை எப்படி கையாள்கிறான் என்பதை விட, சவால் நிறைந்த சூழல்களை, அதாவது இக்கட்டான சூழ்ல்களை எப்படி கையாள்கிறான் என்பதை வைத்தே அவனுடைய பண்புகள் மதிப்பிடப்படுகின்றன.சவால்களை கையாள்வதற்கு உங்களிடம் நிச்சயமாக சிறப்பான பகுத்தறியும் திறன் இழத்தல் வேண்டும்.இந்த இக்கட்டான சூழலை மாற்ற வேண்டும் என்றால், எம்மாதிரியான முடிவுகளை நாம் எடுக்க வேண்டும்.எது இதற்கு சரியாக வரும் என்பதையெல்லாம் நன்கு அலசி ஆராய்ந்து, யாருக்கும் பாதகம் ஏற்படாமல் அந்த முடிவானது இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
முடிவுகளை எடுக்கும் திறன்:- இதனை ஒரு முக்கியமான பண்பு எனலாம், ஏனென்றால் ஒருவன் எடுக்கும் முடிவு தான் அவனை அடுத்த கட்டத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்கிறது.ஒரு முடிவினை எடுப்பதற்கு முன்பாக அதனுடைய சாதக பாதகங்கள் என்னென்ன என்பதை நிச்சயம் அலசி ஆராய வேண்டும்.அதன் பின்னரே எந்த ஒரு முடிவாக இருந்தாலும் எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.நீங்கள் எடுக்கும் முடிவானது சிறப்பானதாக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
நேரத்தை கையாளும் திறன்:- நேரமானது இன்றியமையாத ஒன்று என்பது அனைவரும் அறிந்த விடயம் தான்.எனவே நீங்கள் அந்த தலைமைப் பண்பை பெறவேண்டுமென்றால், நேர மேலாண்மையை நன்கு அறிந்தவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.அனைத்து விடயங்களையும் சரியான நேரத்தில் முடிப்பவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.

நல்ல உடைகள்:- நம்முடைய உடைகளை வைத்து பெரும்பாலும் நம்மை அனைவருமே கணிப்பார்கள்.எனவே நீங்கள் ஒரு தலைவனாக வாழ வேண்டுமெனில் சிறப்பான உடைகளை அணியக் கற்றுக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.உங்களுடைய உடைய தான் உங்கள் தன்னம்பிக்கையை மெருகேற்றி காட்டும்.உங்களின் உடைகளை வைத்தே பிறர் உங்களை மதிக்க செய்வார்கள்.
மேற்கண்ட அனைத்தும் ஒரு தலைவனிடம் கட்டாயம் இருக்க வேண்டிய ஒரு சில பழக்கவழக்கங்கள் அல்லது பண்புகள்.இதை நீங்கள் பெற்றிருப்பீர்கள் என்றாலே உங்களுக்கே உங்கள் மீது ஒரு தன்னம்பிக்கை ஏற்படும்.அது உங்களுக்குள் இருக்கும் தலைவனை தன்னிச்சையாக வெளிக்கொணரும்.நீங்கள் உங்களை தலைவனாக காட்டிக்கொள்ள வேண்டிய அவசியமே கிடையாது, பிறரே உங்களை தலைவனாக பார்ப்பார்கள்.
நீங்கள் பிறருடைய கண்ணுக்கு சிறப்பானவர்களாக தெரியத் தொடங்கினாலே உங்களைத் தேடி தலைமைப் பண்புகள், அல்லது தலைவன் என்ற இடம் ஏதோ ஒரு வகையில் உங்களை வந்து சேரும்.நீங்கள் தலைவனாகவில்லை என்றாலும், உங்களையே நீங்கள் சிறப்பாக பார்க்க இது போன்ற பழக்க வழக்கங்கள் உங்களுக்கு பயன்படும்….
உங்கள் திறமையை மேம்படுத்தி, பழக்க வழக்கங்களை மாற்றுங்கள் தலைவனாக நீங்களும் மாறலாம், பிறருக்காக அல்ல உங்களுக்காக….
