Love is a complex set of emotions, behaviors, and beliefs associated with strong feelings of affection, protectiveness, warmth, and respect for another person. It can also include deep romantic or sexual attraction. Love can also be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the well-being of others. Love can also be described as actions towards others (or oneself) based on compassion, or as actions towards others based on a desire to see them happy.
